i wanna be fit; don't really care how much i weigh as long as i feel good about my body

i’ve been eating so well lately! 

yesterday:

chicken and veggies for breakfast

omlette and carrots for lunch

fruit and almond butter for a snack

and quinoa + chicken, spinach, garlic, pineapple for dinner

today:

dinner leftovers for breakfast

banana/blackberries/pineapple for post workout snack

i went to the gym monday and lifted. was too sore to go yesterday so i went today. i feel the burn in my shoulders and quads. trying to get those inner thighs toned too.

somehow i’m stuck at 110 lb lately? meh. i just wanna be more toned. dont care how much i weigh really.

monday

feeling good. about to talk to the boy on the phone and then go to bed feeling good.

i lifted today. then ran/walked for 10. not much but im getting in shape.. gotta start somewhere?

then sweaty yoga in the evening.

feeel goooooddddd..
